Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1 Acceptance of Terms These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the online cash competitions ("Competitions") operated by Reach Competitions Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By entering our Competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.2 Voluntary Participation Participation in our Competitions is entirely voluntary. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Participant Qualifications To participate in our Competitions, you must: -Be at least 18 years old
-Be a resident of the United Kingdom
-Provide accurate and complete personal information
2.2 Exclusions The following individuals are ineligible to participate:
- Employees of Reach Competitions Limited
-Immediate family members of employees 
-Individuals directly involved in the design, administration, or execution of the Competition
2.3 Verification We reserve the right to: -Verify the eligibility of all entrants -Request proof of age and/or identity -Disqualify entries that do not meet eligibility criteria or violate these Terms

3. Competition Mechanism
3.1 Primary Entry Method: Skill based Competition Participants may enter by:
- Correctly answering a multiple-choice question
- Purchasing a competition ticket
- Only entries with correct answers will be included in the prize draw
3.2 Alternative Free Entry Method
We also offer a free entry route:
- Entries can be submitted via postal mail at no cost
- Postal entries must meet all specified guidelines
- Free entries will be treated equally with paid entries in the final draw
3.3 Entry Restrictions
- The number of tickets available for each Competition will be clearly stated
- Participants may purchase multiple tickets, subject to stated limits
- All entries must be received by the stated closing date and time

4. Postal Entry Guidelines
4.1 Postal Entry Requirements
- Use a plain postcard
- Print Reach account ID and email address at the top
- Include: Full Name, Complete Address, Date of Birth, Contact Phone Number
- Clearly state the Competition Name 
- Send to: Reach Competitions, Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Hordean, Waterlooville, UK, PO8 0BT
4.2 Postal Entry Conditions
- One entry per postcard
- Multiple postcards in a single envelope are invalid
- Entries must arrive at least 48 hours before the draw
- Postal entries are subject to processing and are not guaranteed
- Late or incomplete entries will be invalidated

5. The Draw
5.1 Draw Methodology
- Winners will be selected using a random number generator
- Draw will occur once all tickets are sold or ticket sales equal the advertised prize fund
- Draw will be conducted live on social media
5.2 Winner Notification
- Winners will be selected randomly from qualifying entries
- Notification will use the contact details provided at entry
- Winners must verify their entry's accuracy

6. Prizes
6.1 Prize Characteristics
- Prize details will be clearly stated before Competition entry
- Prizes are non-transferable
- Subject to winner verification
6.2 Prize Claim Process
- Winners will be notified using provided contact details
- Reach competitions will make every effort to contact winners
- 14-day period to claim the prize
- Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn
- Prize money transferred via bank transfer after verification

7. Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights
7.1 Participant Consent
By entering the Competition, participants agree that:
- We may use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes
- No additional compensation will be provided
- Participants may opt-out of publicity as permitted by law

8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal Information
- Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
- By entering, participants consent to the collection, retention, and use of their personal information for Competition purposes

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Scope of Responsibility
- We accept no responsibility for damages, losses, or disappointments arising from Competition participation
- Liability is limited to fair competition administration
9.2 Legal Exceptions
- Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for:
*Death or personal injury resulting from negligence
*Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
*Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

10. General Provisions
10.1 Conduct and Integrity
- We may exclude participants for breaching these Terms
- We reserve the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition
10.2 Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by English law
- Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts

11. Terms Modifications
11.1 Updates
- We may revise these Terms periodically
- The most current version will always be available on our website
